The JAOS/FGER (Foreign Government Educational Representative) meeting was held for the 17th time. FGERs reported on overseas study trends and their activities in the year while JAOS member organizations also reported on overseas study trends. The JAOS Japan Association of Overseas Studies presented their report, which led to active exchange of informationand perspectives. Participants included 23 organizations(24 individuals) from JAOS, 10 organizations (11 individuals) from the FGER side (the Embassy of the United States Department of Commerce, Embassy of the United States of America Public Affaires Section, Fulbright Japan, the Embassy of Canada in Japan, the Australian Embassy Marketing Office, the Japan Offices of the Western Australian Government,Trade&Investment Queensland Japan Office, the government of Victoria, the British Council, the New Zealand Embassy) and one observer, making a total of 46 attendees.
