JAOS Partnership Program

JAOS is looking for organizations to participate in partner programs with overseas educational institutions such as universities, high schools, and language schools, as well as study abroad placement support organizations.

Benefits of JAOS Partnership Program

By participating, you will enjoy the following benefits.

  1. Paste the logo and link on the JAOS Website
  2. School information can be distributed up to 4 times a year to JAOS members
  3. Announcement support if you want to hold webinars for JAOS members
  4. Store school digital presentation materials and videos on the JAOS member page of the website
  5. If JPP schools wish to have the contact information of JAOS members which deal with the countries that JPP schools are based in, JAOS secretariat will list with the contact information of JAOS member agents. This can be made up to two times upon its requests.
  6. Ability to participate in JAOS general meetings（usually held twice a year in Tokyo in June and November）and social gatherings
    *General meetings are held in Japanese
  7. JAOS survey statistical summary English version provided once a year

Application Requirements

In order to participate, you must meet the following requirements.

  • Businesses widely involved in overseas study abroad and educational exchange tin healthy manner.
  • Educational institutions such as universities, high schools, and language schools must be accredited by public institutions, meet the requirements for issuing the documents necessary to obtain visas for studying abroad, and be able to accept international students from Japan.
  • Language schools should preferably be established for at least three years and be members of local school associations, such as English UK, English USA, Languages Canada, and IALC, which are members of the GAELA Associations*.
  • Study abroad support organizations (accommodation arrangement companies, service providers, insurance companies, etc.) must have the necessary corporate registration in each country.
    Must have at least 3 years of experience in providing study abroad guidance and support for Japanese nationals.
  • It must have a track record and business content that earns social trust.

Program Fees

  • Based on one year from April 1st to March 31st of each year.
  • The office will send you an invoice from next year onwards, so please pay by the deadline.
  • If you join mid-year, the fees for the relevant year will be prorated according to the month of application. (If you join after October, the benefits will be halved)
  • If you do not pay the program fee by the deadline, your membership will be automatically canceled.
  • Even if you cancel your participation midway through, there will be no refund of your deposit.
  • Payments are accepted in Japanese Yen (JPY) only.
  • All international wire transfer fees incurred at the time of payment are the responsibility of the applicant.
